What has been announced
Bugatti Residences Miami is a 60-story, 183-residence tower announced for 75 SW Miami Avenue Road, on the Miami River in Brickell. The project carries a $650 million cost and is being developed by Prosper Group and Versluys Group, with architecture by Brandon Haw Architecture and interiors by Yabu Pushelberg. Rhodium has been named the exclusive global residential operations partner, and the building is planned with butler service.
The site has more than 300 feet of Miami River frontage, with water access out to Biscayne Bay.
What has not been announced
Floor plans, square footages, the unit mix and pricing were not part of the announcement, and no sales gallery has opened. Sales are scheduled to launch in the first half of 2027. Until then, any price, layout or deposit schedule circulating for this project is somebody’s estimate.
That is the useful thing to know early: the buyers who get the best positions in a tower like this one are the ones who are on the list before the launch, not the ones who react to it.
Where this leaves a buyer today
Nothing is for sale yet. What exists is a timeline, and about eighteen months of it. The practical step is to be registered with a broker who is tracking the project directly, so that the first release of plans and pricing arrives as a conversation rather than as a press release.
We are an independent brokerage. We are not the developer and we do not represent them; we represent buyers, which is why this page tells you what is unknown as plainly as what is known.
